trade: short USD/ CAD
last week, the USD/CAD broke through a diagonal resistance that had held the price in check for over a year.
however, this breakout was short-lived, as it has since retreated back below the trend line. this reversal may suggest the onset of a topping pattern, hinting at potential downward momentum. now might be a prime opportunity to consider a SHORT around the ~1.367 mark. should it rebound off the trend line, it'd be wise to exit the trade promptly. thus, setting a stop loss just above the recent peaks, around ~1.382, could be a strategic move.
