the USD/SGD currency pair, which had been consistently trading below the ~1.36 mark for the majority of 2023, experienced a breakout in september when it surged above this level.
the resistance turned into support and upheld the price until very recently. last week marked a change in this trend as the price decisively fell through the ~1.36 threshold, reverting to its prior trading range. this price action may lead to considering initiating a SHORT position from this level. the potential target could be set around the ~1.32 level, which is anticipated to act as a support level.
